A Reprieve!
Well...Jeanine was really dreading this go round, as you may have read. But she went in bravely, as we knew she would, only to learn that her white blood cell count was too low to get her treatment today. She is to return next week, hopefully fully recovered and ready to go....if not she will get a shot of...ummm...I forget what, to boost her WBCs.
The good news....she gets a whole extra week to feel good and rebound from the last chemo, AND this might change her schedule so that she won't get a treatment right before Thanksgiving, which would have been really bad timing anyway!!
Woohoo....we often find good in the strangest situations!!! (Thanks God!)

Nancy--Thanks for the update--please put the password where you can find it!!! Carolyn & I enjoyed a quick visit on Monday with the sweet one and got to water some plants and have a cup of tea on the go. Can't help but leave her with a smile on our lips. Nell
