Jeanine got a homecoming "surprise"! She thought she would have to wait another week to start chemo, but her oncologist had a hospital room reserved for her and she started her first round of chemo last night. She will leave the hospital today or tonight....the doctor just wanted her to be there for this first round. She is getting three different chemo meds, one of which takes 8 hours to infuse and she is scheduled to get a dose every two weeks. She and Dick were very excited to get started on treatment after about 10 weeks of diagnostics and waiting...waiting...waiting.
Please God....

Christie gave all of us our hug from you this AM. A hospital bed isn't quite the same as your own bed, but it's in Abilene! Glad you're finally getting some "action"!
