Well, Family and Friends,
Finally discharged from MDA at around 5 pm on Saturday, 8/8 and arrived at the Hotel at Texas Medical Center. Husband, daughter and sister are taking good care of me. I can not get used to allowing someone to wait on me, because it will make me lazy, but I will accept for now.
After receiving news that the cancer is spread and not a candidate for surgery, it was a great disappointment, but God is totally in control and we are asking for the cancer to be removed.
Prayers are felt and I feel so comforted that "God is so with me"! Please continue to pray for me and family.

When Jeanines Journey began we asked for your help to offset their expenses...mostly for trips to Houston. Many people gave very generously at that time and they made it through that phase of the battle without undue financial stress. Now they are battling on another front...Jeanine has been hospitalized for a week. She is not yet ready to be released.

In a Nutshell as of 3-7-2010
- Platelet count and hemoglobin up to normal!
- Chemo re-started 3-5 due to cancer cells in abdominal fluid.
- Great nights Friday and Saturday and sitting in chair Sunday.
- Looking forward to a visit from Chris in a couple of weeks!!
